Position Descriptions

Director of Property Management

Under the direction and supervision of the Managing Member of Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC, the Director of Property Management is responsible for accomplishing the programmatic property management goals of Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC.  The director of property management will provide necessary analysis and assistance and will foster a genuine concern for the welfare of the residents and the communities in which the residents live to ensure that:

• A high quality living environment is maintained at each property;
• The properties are being run economically and are well maintained;
• Adequate reserves are being accumulated for future maintenance needs;
• All federal, state, and local legal and financial requirements are met;
• Periodic reports are made to review financial health and property issues.

Property Manager

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Property Management for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC, the Property Manager is responsible for managing and operating the property(ies) assigned for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC.  The property manager will provide necessary analysis and assistance and will foster a genuine concern for the welfare of the residents and the communities in which the residents live to ensure that:

• A high quality living environment is maintained at each property;
• The properties are being run economically and are well maintained;
• All federal, state, and local legal and financial requirements are met;
• Periodic reports are made to review financial health and property issues.

Assistant Property Manager

Under the direction and supervision of the Property Manager for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager managing and operating the property(ies) assigned for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC.  The assistant property manager will provide necessary analysis and assistance and will foster a genuine concern for the welfare of the residents and the communities in which the residents live to ensure that:

• A high quality living environment is maintained at each property;
• The properties are being run economically and are well maintained;
• All federal, state, and local legal and financial requirements are met;
• Periodic reports are made to review financial health and property issues.

Leasing Associate

Under the direction and supervision of the Property Manager for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC, the Leasing Associate is responsible for assisting the Property Manager managing and operating the property(ies) assigned for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC.  The leasing associate will provide necessary services to foster a genuine concern for the welfare of the residents and the communities in which the residents live to ensure that:

• A high quality living environment is maintained at each property;
• The properties are being run economically and are well maintained;
• All federal, state, and local legal and financial requirements are met;
• Periodic reports are made to identify any property issues.

Maintenance Supervisor

Under the direction and supervision of the Managing Member for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Director of Property Management and all Property Managers operating the properties for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC.  The maintenance supervisor will provide necessary analysis, assistance, and maintenance duties, and will foster a genuine concern for the welfare of the residents and the communities in which the residents live to ensure that:

• A high quality living environment is maintained at each property;
• The properties are being run economically and are well maintained;
• All federal, state, and local legal and financial requirements are met;
• Periodic reports are made to identify any property issues.

Maintenance Technician

Under the direction and supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and all Property Managers operating the properties for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC.  The maintenance technicians will perform necessary maintenance duties and will foster a genuine concern for the welfare of the residents and the communities in which the residents live to ensure that:

• A high quality living environment is maintained at each property;
• The properties are being run economically and are well maintained;
• All federal, state, and local legal and financial requirements are met;
• Periodic reports are made to identify any property issues.

Maintenance Specialist

Under the direction and supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC, the Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and all Property Managers operating the properties for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC.  The maintenance specialist will perform assigned maintenance duties and special projects and foster a genuine concern for the welfare of the residents and the communities in which the residents live to ensure that:

• A high quality living environment is maintained at each property;
• The properties are being run economically and are well maintained;
• All federal, state, and local legal and financial requirements are met;
• Special projects are completed on-time and within the budget constraints outlined at the beginning of each project;
• Special unique skills are maintained and improved to further quality and proficiency.

Porter

Under the direction and supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC, the Porter is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and all Property Managers operating the properties for Fairfax Station Enterprises, LLC.  The porters will perform necessary maintenance duties and will foster a genuine concern for the welfare of the residents and the communities in which the residents live to ensure that:

• A high quality living environment is maintained at each property;
• The properties are being run economically and are well maintained;
• All federal, state, and local legal and financial requirements are met;
• Periodic reports are made to identify any property issues.
